As a customer of WireStar you have two online interfaces to get assistance and update your account:
MyHelpDesk
The MyHelpDesk interface is available online twenty-four hours a day and will allow you perform the following:
Chat online with a live technical support representative.
Email support about any issues you may be experiencing.
Request support by phone.
Check the status or update a support issue.
View your entire past history to see how past problems were resolved.
Access frequently asked questions and self-help documentation.
Please use the MyHelpDesk interface to get support with your account instead of directly calling or emailing us. Please click the MyHelpDesk link in the top navagation bar in order to access this interface.
My Account
The My Account section contains a number of tools that allow end users to update personal and account information, change account settings, add additional services, update billing information, and view invoices and statements. Please click the MyHelpDesk link in the top navagation bar in order to access this interface.
Access Number Lookup
If you are traveling or would simply like to change your local access number feel free to lookup an access number using our Access Number Lookup Tool. Please click the "Access Number Lookup" link in bottom navigation bar under the actions category in order to access this tool.
